Course description

This course introduces state-of-the-art methods and models for data analysis in neuroeconomics, addressing the analysis of both behavioural and neurophysiological data. A particular emphasis, however, will be on the analysis of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data. The course covers all aspects of statistical parametric mapping, SPM (incl. preprocessing, linear hierarchical models, frequentist and Bayesian inference, multiple comparison corrections, and event-related designs) and Dynamic Causal Modelling (DCM), a novel approach for identification of nonlinear neuronal systems from neurophysiological data.
